Pat has been producing prints since she joined the Otago Art Society Printmakers' Group in 1990 and has regularly exhibited her work at OAS exhibitions, as well as galleries in Dunedin and elsewhere. Her special interests include Plant Geography, and many of her prints reflect that, through the portrayal of weeds and other wild plants.
After experimenting with different ways of obtaining colour prints with linocutting - sometimes combined with etching - a distinctive style of coloured linocuts has developed, featuring plants, often in their natural setting.
Pat has won Awards for her work and has sold works locally, throughout the country and overseas. She now focuses mainly on mono prints.
